Casa Chic is a fabulous, brand new, exclusive 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom luxury beach villa located within Rancho San Eric right on one of the most private spectacular Caribbean white sand beaches in the world. This villa is ideal for families, large groups, weddings, or just an intimate romantic getaway. Casa Chic is situated in the cool palms right next to the Sian Ka'an Biosphere which is a protected 1.3 million acre reserve where wildlife are free to live in their natural habitat. This breathtaking waterfront home was built palapa style, keeping with mayan tradition; it has a unique beachy jungle feel and a divine ambience day or night.

The area is eco chic, with lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance along the beach where you can still have your feet in the sand. There are also upscale spas, wellness facilities and yoga classes nearby. The town of Tulum is only a 10 minute drive away with many different international cuisines and amenities and yet it is still an authentic Mexican town. There are several first class golf courses nearby and plenty of excursions for family outings. Go fly fishing or birdwatching in the Sian Ka'an lagoon, or go for a boat ride through the mangrove river system and just take in the wonder of it all. Take a drive to Punta Allen, a sleepy little mexican fishing village at the end of the reserve and take in a fresh lobster meal. The Tulum ruins are close by and Chichen Itza and Coba Ruins are within driving distance as well. The fresh water cenotes are a must see! Once a year the giant Sea Turtles lay their eggs right on the beach in front of Casa Chic. Having travelled the globe extensively we have never in our lives come across a beach so breathtaking. This truly is a magical place!

Notes: Casa Chic has 5 queen-size beachfront sun beds with umbrellas, dining for 10 inside and out (grand room, beachfront sand deck & magical jungle lit dining), a very fun Mayan bar area equipped with bar fridge and swinging bar stools, full time caretaker, security boxes in every bedroom, double shower in master bedroom and fabulous custom furnishings.
